I am considering buying a 45drives chassis as a storage server to replace my current server that I use.
I had contacted 45drives and they had told me what the price is just for the chassis excluding taxes.
I am confused on how you pay the taxes when the server crosses the boarder from Canada to the USA. When you live in the USA and you order from them.
It sounds like something that they can answer as most of their customers are in the US. I am not sure we can help here with that.

45drives could not answer it for me either when I asked them what the total cost would be with taxes.
They had told me any additional fees/taxes charged at the State or Federal level are typically applied at the border when the shipment passes through customs.
