Proxmox 8 and networking

Hi,

I have a HP ProLiant DL360p Gen8 server in my homelab. this server has by default 4 LAN ports and in some senseless being installed a network car with another 4 ports.
When Proxmox had vesion 7, everything was ok. All ports were working fine. After upgrading to version 8, troubles began. Out of servers 4 ports only 1 works, added network card worked until last kernel update.

My question - is there something different in version 8 about networking?

I’ve had challenges with a quad port card on my box, every now and then when there is a point release.

You might have to edit the /etc/network/interfaces file with your interfaces. In the past fixing this helped to get the ports recognised.
