Pop OS on Hyper-V

Trying to install POP OS on a windows Hyper-V and it just hangs on the Keyboard Layout. Is it a bug. help out

What are the Hyper-v settings of your VM?

As a test, I spun up a test VM matching the build of the screenshot you posted.

Here are the settings of my VM and I was able to get past that screen in setup. It looks like things were able to spin up fine with the default settings.
