pFSense w/ HA and Dual WAN

I have two ISPs (Comcast & ATT) and both provide 5 usable static routable IPs. I would like to configure HA and gateway failover. I can provide 3-static IPs per ISP for CARP.

My question(s):

  1. For ISP1 I can assign as follow: Master IP:x.x.205.138, Slave IP: x.x.205.139, CARP IP: x.x.205.137 but how do I assign ISP2 addresses for Master, Slave and CARP?
  2. Does pFSense CE or any other version support HA and Failover?
