Pfsense unable to check update

Hello All,

I am still on pfsense CE 2.6.0 and want to update it to CE 2.7.2, but I run into this problem where the system unable to check update error occurs.

Could someone please advise how to solve it? Thanks in advance!

Make sure you are on the version you want then then run

pkg upgrade -f pfSense-upgrade

Sorry I am fairly new to pfsense, could you please elaborate how can I be on the version that I want?

Execute certctl rehash (may take a couple of seconds to finish), either via SSH or through Diagnostics → Command Prompt, then try again.
