pfSense Routing - Dedicated Fiber Internet

Hello all,

I’m looking to figure out how to do this on a pfsense box, as I haven’t done it before.

I have a /31 in my pfsense that I received from my internet provider (Cogent).

I also have a /26 of public IPs as well. They state it is routed through my /31

How do I setup pfsense to use the /26? I have create a virtual IP range for the IPs.

But, when I setup a static IP in my virtual machine, it can’t connect out to the internet and I can’t see back into it.

Setup the /31 on the WAN interface. Then navigate to Firewall > Virtual IPs then select IP alias and set the /26

That worked great! Any way to have it fully pass through? So, something like IPSEC on one of the virtual IPs doesn’t work. Also, it broadcasts its IP as the WAN IP /31
