I’ve had pfBlockerNG working forever but now get this. Can anyone give me any pointers on getting this going again?

Have you tried renaming the file GeoLite2-Country.mmdb, to see if it it redownloads the file

Go into package manager and see if there is an update pending for pFBlocker. I would update it and then restart your pFSense box.
I uninstalled the -dev version, installed the latest, and rebooted. It didn’t help.
Are you sure you chose the right version to pull from maxmind? It is specific.
