pfSense/pfBlockerNG and 3CX

Hi

Could do with some help, pfBlockerNG is blocking 3CX Firewall checker from working and says I dont have full cone NAT enabled. I have disabled pfblocker as s test then the firewall checker passes, soon as I reenable it… I get the error again.

How do I allow my internal 3CX server to bypass pfblocker?

Go through the logs and figure out what is being block by pfblocker.

Have done, its blocking the internal IP and the External IP it is trying to talk to. And the ports. How do I whitelist them?

Go to Firewall → pfblockerng → reporting → Alerts and you can whitelist there

Do I need to click the ‘+’ because when I do I get an error?
