Hello,

Customer has a pfSense box, I believe a Netgate 6100. Has 3 Internet providers. These are setup in failover via a Gateway group. That works excellent. No issues.

The issue is that outbound traffic switches between all three providers. We only want the traffic to go through the one active internet provider that incoming is on. How would I change that? Google didn’t seem to help. Just shows how to configure Failover, which I already know how to do.

I think you have to adjust your gateway group from load balancing to failover. You also might need to adjust your firewall rules for outbound traffic. Tom did a video on this

When you setup your group are they all using the same tier? If so you’ll have to set the lowest tier to be your primary and then set your secondary and so on.
