pfSense OpenVPN inter-client communication

Hi,

I just setup OpenVPN for remote access in pfSense and left the Allow communication between clients conected to this server checkbox unchecked.

However, I am able to connect from one client to another.

Any ideas?

Did you create an interface for your OpenVPN and create the proper rules?

Yes, but IIRC, communication between clients in the same openvpn server instance is handled by openvpn itself and never hit the firewall rules.

The point is that I want to block clients from seeing one another and that is what leaving Allow communication between clients conected to this server unchecked is supposed to do (all within openvpn), but it’s not.
