Is anyone using Pax8? I’ve been using them for a few years and they always seem to be difficult to work with. Their agents aren’t very knowledgeable. Am I just unlucky or should I move on to another company?
No, you’re not unlucky. We use pax8 also and they are pretty terrible. We try not to contact them unless we absolutely have too.

Is there a better option? I use them primarily for Office 365 products.
Can you buy from HP or Dell? I think we still technically go through them for our enterprise account, before that I used to buy my department licenses through whichever had our contract.
