Are there any settings within pfSense that might cut my outbound network speed to about 20% of what it should be? I recently upgraded my home fibre internet speed and have now noticed that when I run a local speed test one my pc’s that the speed is 20% of what is should be.
When I run speedtest-cli within pfSense it sees the correct network speed but when i connect through my switch that speed drops to 20% of what it should be.
If I take the pfSense box out of the loop and just connect WAN directly to the switch then again my speed returns to the expected speed.
So it has to be something that pfSense box is doing to slow the outbound network speed.
Anyone experience this before and know what I need to do to fix issue?
