We’ve had OpenVPN setup for a while now & it seemed to be working fine. Now my users are reporting that the connection keeps dropping. I’m not sure if it’s because the connection is laggy on our end or their end. What’s the best way to troubleshoot this kind of issue? Is there a setting in OpenVPN to help it work better with a laggy connection?
First step is looking at the logs for error messages.
