Anyone here used Nutanix CE as Vmware ESXi free as expected has been killed. Equally would like to see Broadcom fail
Going from one closed source publicly traded company to another closed source publicly traded company and then hoping they don’t go through an enshitifcation cycle makes no sense to me.
Unless there are changes in market regulations coming soon, which seems unlikely, there is even a chance the Broadcom could buy them as well. Even after the VMWare deal Broadcom still has more cash on hand than the current market cap of Nutanix.
