No internet connection on vlans - PFSense

Just to give you an idea, we had a properly working network before this happen. Everything works fine.

The prooblem starts when our ISP change our STATIC IP Address for our WAN. We have 2 WANs. WAN1 has a Static IP came from our ISP. WAN2 is just regular (has Dynamic IP). Our setup is failover.

After our ISP change our STATIC IP, I change the IP of WAN1 interface and also the Gateway. Everything works fine, except for VLANS. Networks running on VLANS does not have internet connection. Prior to changing the IP of WAN1 it is working fine.

Further troubleshooting ends up with, when WAN1 is active, internet connection on VLANS are not working. But when WAN1 is disabled, and WAN2 is active, internet connection are properly working on all of our VLAN networks.

Am I missing something? Other configurations to check?

Hoping for someone who can help me this. Thank you.

Check your Rounting - Gateway settings - the monitor IP and the default gateway

Check Gateway groups settings

Under status - gateways are both green

Hi Paul.

I already configure this together with the interface but still. I am having the same issue. VLans cannot connect to the internet.

Are you sure you don’t have internet access to the VLANs? Could it be a DNS resolution issue? Can you ping: 8.8.8.8?
