All these labels I’ve got now grouped into customer folders, how do u back them up without giving a dubious company money for a VIP account?

Not something I have ever had a need to do, but my guess would be that you could find some app that backs up the settings of other apps assuming you can get the permissions to work.
After lifetime on android have moved to iOS…
Nimbot is listed in apps that are backing up to iCloud 
The same question has been on my mind. If Nimbot provided a straightforward local backup/export option without requiring a VIP subscription, that would be fantastic.

tried iphone restor on my spare phone, did not bring over the templates
i think there is no way of backing up your templates without giving them your details
