As you might know I am a beginner and I am learning a lot from you. Is someone is using NextDNS. I am giving it a try, and used some of the settings I have with PFBlockerNG. But because I am not an expert, Would appreciate your advice.

If you are using PfSense with Pfblocker then I doubt there is so much benefit paying for NextDNS.
However, if you want ad-blocking on your mobile device, then a better way would be to set-up OpenVPN and dial home to get the same ad-blocking.
Personally I use PfBlocker + Firefox add-ons it seems to do the job.
Which add on please?
