Hey all! I am trying to utilize my netgate 2100’s usb port to gracefully shutdown for when the battery backup is on low power. the usb port on the APC & the cord work as they work with my windows PC. however, neither the NUT or APCUPSD packages on my netgate seem to gather information.
In apcupsd set the UPS cable and UPS type both to “usb”. Also, make sure netserver is on but set the IP accordingly to restrict access. You are using the cable from APC right?
