Looks like that that the Nanoleaf Hexagon Shapes having trouble to fit in a UniFi context.

I still cannot get this to work properly. My current workaround to run the HomeKit registration is to create a new 2.4 only network on a old airport express access point. However, I cannot get this to work on my UniFi AC pro/ USG.
Nanoleaf’s workaround, to use the Shapes in Hotspot mode, is not appealing either. However the their knowledge article indicates that their product indeed is having problems with enterprise or prosumer equipment.
