MT-VIKI - Repair Bent Part of Enclosure: Possible?

I ordered a rack cabinet from Amazon a few months ago and I received a delivery of MT-VIKI rack cabinet so I can fit in my Cisco Catalyst 3650 switch.

Is it possible to bend it back using pliers or am I going to have to ship it back and order a different server cabinet?

I can’t exactly tell how bad that damage is, but if it was damaged in shipping Amazon is usually good about just sending out a replacement.

I’m hoping I can get the replacement part instead of shipping everything back and get something different, but I’ll probably have to have my loved one help me out when shipping the package back as it’s very heavy.

Thanks Tom.

Hard to see what that part is doing, does it really cause the rack to no longer work?

Problem is, I won’t be able to assemble my rack enclosure together. The part with the screw hole is bent out of shape.

Just to give everyone an update. My loved one helped build the enclosure which I could have done it myself. My loved one repaired the bent part that I showed in the photo.

All went well. I had to update my review in Amazon hoping that people who buy MT-VIKI to expect shipping damage.
