I work for an MSP on the north east cost that is looking to hire more techs of all levels. Anyone have more luck with one service or another when it comes to finding good people?
Hiring is hard and the best people often come from referrals. I don’t know that any particular platform is much better than any other. Best of luck.

You can find great entry-level techs at your local school district. Many hire or have internships in their technology department. Most of them will have a lot of experience diagnosing and repairing laptops. Many of these students are also the tinkering type.
