I was wondering if anyone has mounted a Windows Server Backup (VHD file) in a Linux VM Guest?
Basically, I want to take a backup created by the Windows Server Backup tool of several files. Then inside a Linux VM guest mount that backup and browse those files. Just to be clear this is NOT a VHD file created with the tool disk2vhd nor is it a “BMR” (Bare Metal Restore) image.
