Moca 2.5 adapter info?

Anyone know of a good primer on Moca and specifically the Hitron HTEM5 Moca 2.5 adapters?

I just put in a pair for my lab because I wanted to learn about this, and I’m seeing that there are some things I haven’t read about yet. One of these things is the PHY Rates, it looks like I’m connected at less than Moca 1.0 even though I see my switch and my laptop adapter are running at gigabit speeds (should be Moca 2.0 or 2.5).

Running this on about 100 feet of RG-6 because that’s what I had on hand.

The buildings at work have bidirectional RG-11 everywhere and generally none of it is used now. Thinking this could get me out of a jam at some time or another. I have a bunch of unused coax installed at home that I might wire into a system too. Moca 2.5 is supposed to be good for up to 2.5gbps and a one to many topology for the endpoints if the splitters are capable of the frequencies and are bidirectional.

I have never used them, but my friend Apalard Adventures just did a video about them:

I should probably get one of the SFP+ modules for my lab so I can clean things up a little and remove one of the adapter boxes. less power supply junk in the way and the box has no where to really live right now.
