Mini PC or SBC recommendations for zabbix proxy servers

I need to deploy a couple of zabbix proxy servers at remote sites. They are all 20-30 hosts and just doing basic ICMP monitoring so the resource requirement is pretty low but reliability is important. I want to run the OS on a M.2, sata, or NVME device which rules out most of the SBCs on the market. Can anyone recommend something that is sub 200 dollars?

Why not a Raspberry Pi 4?

Afaik you cant boot off anything but the sd card. Plus they have thermal issues.

There are coolers available for the Rpies. Look at the Rock boards in your price range and have great cases for heat dissipation.
