What kind of Cpu, Ram memory ( Ecc ? ) Non Ecc ?& And Network card compatibility have ?? Thank you for your help…
That board should work and it’s the CPU that needs AES-NI, not the board. For reference my business runs on a Netgate sg-5100 that only has 4gb of ram, 8gb drive and an Intel Atom CPU C3558 @ 2.20GHz and has no speed issues.
I’m just curious with the atom processor – any lag if running pfBlocker or suricata with this processor?
