Hey guys, i have had a ticket open with Nick in support for three days asking why my windows controller can’t upgrade to same version before i export / import the site to retire my Windows controller. Do you guys think i can migrate the way it is or … ?

If you do a settings only backup on the Windows 6.2.25 controller that should import fine into the 6.2.26 firmware of the UCKG2+. It’s OK to import into newer firmware but not the other way around.
Thanks Jeff, yeah Stephan in tech support just 30minutes ago told me the same thing. also mentioned is best not use the site export/import rather backup/restore so going to push forward this evening fingers crossed lol.
