Microsoft - Tenant to Tenant Migration

So, great news, seems BitTitan still works amazing at migrations. Completed successfully.

We split a sub company to its own tenant space in Microsoft. They are working great now. The problem is, we remove the email accounts from the old tenant space and those who were not moved can’t email those email addresses. Microsoft still hasn’t responded on this, so hoping someone else has had this issue before.

If the new tenant has the DNS records of the emails that you didn’t migrated then yeah it wouldn’t work. It’s possible I am missing something.

This was just fixed today. Microsoft had to “clear some things” on their end. Not sure what they did, but no further issues at this point.

Thanks for following up. I was curious as to what was causing this as I’ve done a few of these before and it wasn’t ringing any bells.
