Microsoft Services Blocked - Dream Machine Pro

Hi guys!

We have just installed our first Dream Machine Pro, and are facing issues with one device - the device cannot access the Microsoft Store, InTune, Outlook Desktop, etc; it says it has no internet connection, but when we change this to a mobile hotspot everything works fine.

All restrictions (Country Blocking, Ad Blocking, etc) are turned off, the UniFi has been restarted. I cannot see how to find live logging information, we have come from WatchGuard Firewalls so expected to have this feature somewhere…

Any help would be appreciated!

Not an issue I have encountered before but there is not any native tools inside of UniFi to give you that info. Have you tried using something other than the UniFi for DNS and see if that fixes the issue?
