Manual Jail Setup Tutorial For Syncthing on FreeNAS 11.3

Shouldn’t the jail be listening on 192.168.30.178? I would think I could enter http://192.168.30.178/syncthing from my LAN and get the GUI. That is how I get in the plugin version of SyncThing from my LAN.
