Local Area Network Issue. Internet stops working for entire lan when pc hangs

Hello, I have an issue within my network, I’m unable to fix it. there are about 100 pcs on my LAN. Suddenly the internet stops working and the pcs can’t even ping the local gateway.
I found that this happens whenever a pc hangs or Blue screen issue occurs, it brings down the entire LAN. The internet starts working only after shutting down that pc or removing that system from the LAN.

I need to understand how one bad pc is affecting the entire network and how I can resolve this issue?

Please provide guidance on this one.

That is not normal behavior and it sounds like the computer is flooding the network with packets. If they switches are managed check the logs and using something like Wireshark to capture the packets might offer some more insight as to what the traffic is.
