Interesting announcement from Joshua Strobl, leader of the Solus Linux distribution:
It’s been brought to my attention that our (now previous) hosting provider for Solus torrents, LinuxTracker, have been attempting to run web crypto miners on their pages, in addition to attempting to download various scripts, in order to offset costs. While I am seeing absolutely no indication that the torrent files (or the data itself) have been tampered with, this is a clear violation of my trust in LinuxTracker and I am not willing to subject users to the website. As such, they have been delisted from our site and they will not be used in the future.
