Lets Encrypt Pfsense package Cert failed to renew automatically using digital ocean API

• running ACME with DNS challenge in Pfsese plus 21.0.2 and Pfsense 5.1 , 2.4.5
• using digital ocean API
• DNS challenge seems to be working and auto-renewal was working well last three months ago
• but automatic renewal now fails in all pfsense versions

Suspect This one is only for digital ocean API . is there any fix available

We have not had any issues with ours, check the error logs.
