Anyone know of a 4 VGA Port KVM switch that supports PS2/USB keyboard, mouse, and touchscreen?
Needs to be OS independent.
most touchscreens present themselves as a USB mouse separate from the video signal. Should work with most USB KVMs.
We have found that not all support it.
Try looking for a KVM that supports drawing tablets (e.g. Wacom). I believe the issue is that the KVM doesn’t directly connect the USB devices to the hosts, but instead creates a virtual keyboard and mouse on each computer and changes which one it is passing the data to.
