Hey Tom, thanks to your videos I’ve been using PopOS lately. I’ve especially enjoyed it since 19.10 came out here as it has fixed the low volume issues I’ve had with all my Thinkpads on other Linux distros I’ve been using.
I too use ScreenConnect for remote support and while I love PopOS’s shortcuts, they take precidence even with the ScreenConnect window open. Since you also use this software combination, I was curious how/if you work around that. I am a heavy user of the Windows key when troubleshooting Windows PCs and am driving myself nuts with that when connected remotely from PopOS.
