Job Bidding process

Hi,

I started a Tech business as a side job a year ago, did a couple of local restaurants/offices/small business. However after the initial setup I can’t seem to find a way to get new business, after watching your videos I always hear “bidding on job”. May I ask what methods you use to find these job bids? I’m out of New Jersey, if anyone can point me in the right direction would be much appreciated.
