HP Proliant G7 CPU Issue

Hello,

I have DL380 G7 and noticed that the CPU 0.19Ghz the power profile is max performance both PSU’s are working normally moved both power outlets to other plugs and still showing 0.19Ghz. Windows power setting is set to Performance mode.

not sure what else it could be, any thoughts???

noticed the Virtual Machines are running at full CPU speed at 2.67

It would be helpful if you could provide screenshots of the power profile settings from the BIOs as well.
