@LTS_Tom Thanks for the video. Could not have come at a better time have such a project coming up. What could go wrong, it is Microsoft the reason for the conversion in the first place.
I was doing it differently, by booting with a clonezilla boot disk on the hardware server, doing an image, and then restoring it to the virtual one. (by booting into the clonezilla disk)
