In your video, “How to build Xen Orchestra from Source” Tom instructs the viewer to provision 8 CPU cores. Tom explains that this is to speed up compilation.
Once the software is compiled, would it be ok to re-provision the build server to 1 CPU and 1024 MB of RAM? Or does XO have a runtime need for that many processors and RAM?
With further digging, I may have answered my own question. The XOA is provisioned with 2 vCPU, 2GB RAM and 15 GB of disk. So, I would imagine reprovisioning the XO VM with the same specs, after completing the build, would be fine.
Any valid information contrary to my assumption is very welcome.
