I have a well working FreeRadius wpa2-enterprise (peap) wifi netwerk. With everything (users, clients, groups) in a MariaDB SQL database. With dynamic vlans.
Now i thought to learn a bit about LDAP and try to create the same with openldap, possibly in combination with freeradius.
I started playing with openldap i have now a vpnusers group in ldap for my pfsense/openvpn users this works. Next what i would like is to setup is another group or actually several wifi groups like i have in my sql db i have 3 groups (private, friends, guests) i want the same in openldap 3 wifi groups with different vlan id’s so users that are member of one of those wifi groups end up in the vlan of that group just as my current setup but then in openldap.
I read a lot tutorials saw many youtube video’s. I saved the links that have a little usable information but nothing helped me enough yet to move forward with this.
Maybe somebody here knows a good tutorial, video or can explain how to do this?
