Recently replace our HikVision NVR with a newer model and now I cannot access Hik-Connect. We were able to access it before and the only thing that changed is the NVR

the Hikvision is plugged into the switch and has a solid internet connection
The only experience that I had with Hikvision was the bad software support. Make sure the exact software is compatible with your current NVRs firmware (and sometimes it needs an extra plugin too.)
Hi @hunor , Thanks for reaching out! Zach, the OP, works with me at Onesimus LLC. I spoke with our client today, who said their CCTV vendor, who installed the Hikvision, admitted it’s on their end, not ours. !
