Help with printer problems

Both of my printers in the UniFi Default network are wired to a 2.5GbE Flex Mini switch. Both printers constantly disconnect and reconnect to the network. When I want to print, I never have a problem with either printer; they are always available. Attached log details. Thank you for help!

The printers are probably going into low power sleep mode.

is this a problem except the huge event log created by those printers?

Nope, not really an issue other than that.
