Halo vs Syncro or what else

We are looking at a new support software. Does anyone use or have much to say about Halo or Syncro? Or what are people using to track tickets, etc?

We use Connectwise at CNWR, it’s a big complex system but does allow for a lot of integrations. I have not used Halo but it does seem to be a product lot of people like.

I use Zendesk, it works perfectly fine and never met with any problems.

I use syncro and if your a small shop it’s fairly decent, it’s fairly new so needs some polishing but for ticketing system it’s pretty good.
