i have a DL380 G7 running hyper v, i need to replicate 2 separate data centers hosting on this 1 server.
starting with the pfSense router
dont need a WAN i have already created Network A (SiteA) 192.168.10.x and Network B (SiteB) 192.168.20.x virtual networks within hpyer v do i add these as interfaces in pfsense and setup a rule to allow them to pass traffic as each site will have a DC which will be same Domain.
any help would be great thanks

Not completely clear on your setup, but the short answer is yes, you can have two LAN on a pfsense Network A (SiteA) 192.168.10.x and Network B (SiteB) 192.168.20.x and have an allow all rule for those and they will be able to route through the pfsense.
Personally I would set them up as VLANs. I would still set up a WAN so they can reach out to do updates, etc.

My fav, self host NetBird.and bobs ur uncle 
They are on the same machine, not remote. He will be doing nested virtualization from the sound of it.
