FreePBX dropped calls

Hi all

I have built a freepbx VM for my business, it’s working but dropping calls between 6-8 seconds. It does it on my desk phone which is local to FreePBX but also does it via my PC in Zoiper, also local to the PBX albeit a different VLAN.
This happens on incoming and outgoing calls.
pfSense is the headend of my network.

Any help would be appreciated.

What do you get when you run asterisk -rvv (Command may be different)

Run on cli and make call and copy results to the FreePBX forum they helped me a ton.
