I am sending my logs from pfSense to my syslog server running on a Synology. To track my outages with Cox. I have Auto Configuration Backup setup and running in pfSense and as best as I can tell it is working. I know no backup exists unless you’ve tested it, and I haven’t.
The Syslog server server records the events as Errors (level) with the message being something like:
/usr/local/sbin/acbupload.php: End of configuration backup to https://acb.netgate.com/save (success).
Does pfSense send these events as Errors or am I missing something?
