Good evening all,
I have recently got hold of a Dell R640 with iDrac 9 Enterprise module, and am wondering if there is a way to install the iDrac service module on to XCP-NG 8.3.
Thanks in advance!

Why ? It is not a normal network card
IDrac is remote management access controller - so that you can manage the server remotely.
Yep indeed it is.
The iDrac Service Module I’m talking about is the software that talks between the OS and iDrac 9, so they are aware of each other and the iDrac can receive data from the OS.
@Preybird
Are you referring to Dell OpenManage, which provides a web-based UI, as well as an API, for querying and communicating with the local iDRAC system? e.g.,
It might be, since I posted I have also had a bit more of a look and the original tool I was thinking of has been retired by Dell. The replacement has a very limited OS compatibility, so XCP-NG isn’t on the list.
The plug-in I am after enables the iDrac and OS to talk to eachother and the OS can share info back to the iDrac.
