Cybersecurity License Activated but Dashboard Still Shows "Inactive"

I recently activated a CyberSecurity license for my network, and the activation appears to have completed successfully. However, when I log into the dashboard, the status still shows “Inactive”, and I can’t access any of the security features.

So far, I’ve tried restarting the gateway, refreshing the dashboard, checking that the license is assigned to the correct site, and confirming that my firmware is up to date. Everything looks correct, but the dashboard hasn’t updated.

Has anyone run into this issue before? Is there a delay before the dashboard reflects the active license, or is there another troubleshooting step I should try?

I have not run into that issue, I would open a ticket with UniFi.
