Commercial VPN with Exits in Many Countries?

I am looking for a commercial VPN provider with exits in a broad range of geographies for occasional testing purposes. Multiple exits in Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Australia are a must.

Russia and/or China exits strongly preferred.

My baseline assumption is that the VPN provider exit nodes log all traffic and may inject malware.

Tor is unsuitable due to performance issues.

Any recommendations?
