wonder if anyone who got a Gen2 UI Controller has the Rack Mount and if so how do you like it? This is what my Network will look like in a couple of months and still trying to figure out if I want to get the Gen2 Controller but if I do would like it to be rack mounted.
The rackmount is fine, honestly less useful than getting a shelf and putting the cloud key on it. The main reason for it to exist is aesthetics.
Have you considered running the Unifi controller as a VM on your RackStation, especially if you populate the M.2 SSD slot(s)?

Likewise…I just got a rack shelf and put the Cloud Key G2+ on the rack…works great
