Cloak Ransomware infected my Server

Hi guys, i have recently joined this community, My server has been infected with Cloak ransomware, is there any solution to recover my data?

I initially contacted them, but they couldn’t fully understand the ransomware issue. Then I searched online and found a company called Decryptors. They immediately recognized the problem, so I decided to take the risk — and to my relief, they managed to recover all my important data within just a few hours.

How do they determine the pricing and is it expensive?

The payment was in Bitcoin and for me, it was much less than the ransom amount.

Hmmm… Makes me think it was the original author of that malware cashing in by a more legal method, real companies take “regular” forms of payment like a credit card or bank transfer. But I guess either way you were able to get this resolved.

Did they offer any suggestions on how to prevent the next attack? You know the attackers are circling back around to take another swing at you since they know you exist.
